How to Recover Deleted Data from iPhone Quickly and Safely

Step 1: Plug iPhone into computer

Step 4: Recover data from iPhone
Once choosing what data on iPhone you need and press the Recover button at the bottom-right corner of the window above. A dialog box appears and it makes sense for the program to designate a folder to store the restored files.
After that, press the Recover button again to recover the data and save to the computer with appropriate file formats.

Step 1: Detect iTunes backup in the computer
From the three modes offered by the program, select the 2nd mode Recover from iTunes Backup File. The software will detect the iTunes backup files synced before with the computer, displaying in a list according to the backup date.
Step 2: Scan data from iTunes backup
Choose one from the iTunes backup list and press the Start Scan button. After the scan, the software will give you an overview of the iPhone stuff and let you know how many existing and deleted files have been found. Click any data type from the to view your recovered items.
Step 3: Preview and extract lost iPhone data from iTunes
From the left menu, the iPhone data is well-organized so you can locate each content quickly. Click any data type to view the specific items and tick the ones you want to get back. For example, click on "Camera Roll" option and select the photos y
Next hit the Recover button at the lower-right corner of the window. The checked files will be exported and saved in your computer. Prior to this, it's a good idea to browse to a folder where you would like to store the extracted files in the pop-up window.
Step 1: Log into iCloud Account
Choose the third mode Recover from iCloud Backup File and it'll promote you to print Apple ID and password in the box to be signed into iCloud account.
Step 2: Download iCloud backup files
After successful login, the program will find all the iCloud backup files you made before on the computer. The backup files are classified by the backup date from which choose one keeping the data you want to restore and click on the Download button.
In the pop-up window, select the data type you are looking for (or Select all at the bottom left corner). Then press the Next icon.
Step 3: Preview and recover data from iCloud backup
After the download process, you can see all the iPhone data the software found on your iPhone listed on the left menu. You can find the stuff you need easily like photo history, contacts, message, call history, safari history, etc and once click any of them to be previewed specifically.
Simply check the items you want and the checkbox marked green will be exported on the computer once hit the Recover button at the lower-right corner. Be sure to specify a local folder for saving the restored data in the pop-up dialog box.
