Q1: What if I lost the license code?

A: You can retrieve your license code online. Just click the "Technical Support" link in the sidebar to the right of the specific product page, and then you will be redirectly to the code-retrieved page.
If you fail to retrieve license code via the online auto service, please contact us at support@appgeeker.com to request your original license. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as Order ID, email address, user name, etc.


Q2: I failed to register the software with the key code provided. What's wrong?

A: There are five possibilities:

1. Your user name contains punctuation, symbols or special characters. Some French, Greek, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese or Spanish characters will not be accepted by the program. If your license code is invalid due this reason, please contact us for a new code with the user name in English characters as you prefer.

2. Blank spaces are accidentally added. Please mind that license information is case-sensitive. Do not enter any extra blank space to the license name or code.

3. The license does not match the program. Please note that we have several similar but different programs. Please match the license with the specific program you use.

4. License code is for the old version, but you use it to register upgrade version.

5. Your network is inaccessible, or your firewall does block the program. You can just disable the firewall.


Q3: How long should I receive the keycode?

A: Once you complete the online order, you were supposed to receive an email with the order information and license code a few minutes. Please make sure you have entered a valid email address.


Q4: I purchased the product but did not receive an E-mail containing license key. What is wrong?

A: You will receive the confirmation email with license code upon the transaction of your order. Please check your inbox.
If you do not receive confirmation email with license code, please check the spam folder to see if the auto-generated email is marked as spam.

Q5: I have paid for the program, but why is it still showing as unregistered?

A: You have to activate the program with your licensed e-mail and registration code. After registration, the program will be a registered version.


Q6: Can I use the same registration code on more than one computers or on different OS?

A: For Single-User License: You can't use the same license key to activate product on more computers than the software License Terms allow. Usually, the license terms allow the product key to be used on only one computer.
For Multi-User License: According to the purpose of use, Multi-user lincese includes multi-user license. Pricing for multi-user license depends on the number of end user and license purpose.


Q7: What is your upgrade policy?

A: We provide free upgrades and updates.
You will get update remind message when there is a new version available.
You can also visit our website and click Download button to download and install the latest version.
If you install the latest version to the location you installed last time, you don't have to register again.
If your change the install location, please re-register again using the original license name and code.
