  • Android 10: Select [Wipe data], enter verification code shown on the screen, then choose [Wipe data (retain contacts, messages, and photos)] or [Format data] > [Clear] / [Format]

6. On Format data screen, wait for it resets the phone completely. There is a progress bar beneath "Wiping, please wait" message to let you see how things are progressing.

7. As soon as Data formatted message appear on the screen, tap [OK]. The device will reboot and restore to its factory state. Your forgotten screen lock on OPPO has been removed successfully.

8. You can now begin setting up your OPPO device.
