Step By Step Guide

Step 1: Sign in to iCloud account

Launch the iOS Data Recovery utility on the computer and on the startup interface choose the third recovery "Recover from iCloud Backup File" mode from the left sidebar.

You then will be asked to enter your Apple ID and password to sign up to iCloud account.

Step 2: Select an iCloud backup to download

After logged in, you are given a list of the backups you created with this account. Choose the exact one from where you want to restore your call logs and press the Download button.

You will then be asked what file you want to downloaded in the pop-up dialog box.

Select file types for those you are going to attempt to recover, make sure that "Call History" option is selected. Then, click Next button to begin scanning the backup and downloading the deleted files that meet the configuration options selected.

Step 3: Select the call history that you want to retrieve

Once downloaded, you can click the "Call History" category under "Media" section on the left sidebar to preview the details of call logs on the right pane, including name, phone number, date, location, type and duration.

Next, tick off the call logs you want to get back.

Step 4: Initiate the call history retrieving process

Next, press the Recover button at the bottom-right corner. At this moment, a pop-up appears and you just need to choose an output folder for saving the newly recovered call logs.

After you've chosen the destination, press on the Recover button and the program will commence the recovery process and save the chosen call history to the specified folder on your computer.

Once the process is complete, you can view the call logs in a HTML file on your computer.
