Reminders is a great app that comes preinstalled on iPhone. It can be triggered by the specific time or the location you set, so that your iPhone can automatically remind you of the things that need to be done when the reminders are due, or when you reach or leave a certain place.

However, there are times when you accidentally delete reminders that keep track of the stuff that hasn't been done or mistakenly remove the whole list that keep various reminders organized. For those who have something important to do, the top priority is to recover deleted reminders on iPhone as soon as possible.

Here are a few things you can do on your iPhone to retrieve reminders.

2. Retrieve reminders on iPhone with file recovery software

Of course, not everyone has iCloud backup available to get back lost reminders to iPhone. If that is the case, you can use a third-party iPhone reminder recovery app to scan the device's storage for hunting the reminders that are recoverable.

There are a couple of such applications in the market, but the one we prefer is called iOS Data Recovery. It will allow you to restore reminders, along with voice memos, contacts, photos, messages, call history, videos etc. Thanks to its filtering options, it is easy to locate the deleted items for each data type and gives you full control over what files to be recovered.

Step 1: Connect iPhone to computer

To start with, run the application on your computer and a user-friendly interface shows up. Among the three different recovery modes, choose "Recover from iOS Data Recovery".

Connect your iPhone to the computer via a cable. Then, the software will detect the device right away and put its icon on the screen.

Step 2: Select "Reminders" data type to scan

After connected, you'll see a screen that looks like the one below. The program will ask you to select what kind of data you want to scan for deleted files. In this example, select the option that says "Reminders".

Next, press the Scan button to make a thorough scan of your iPhone to look for deleted reminders: upcoming, uncompleted, scheduled events.

Step 3: Recover deleted iPhone reminders

After the scan is finished, you will get an overview screen where all found files have been separated into different categories.
