Step 3. From the image view in OneDrive, select the "Share" > "Get a link" option. Copy the shareable link of the image from OneDrive to your clipboard.

Step 4. Open Microsoft Edge on your Xbox console and add a new tab by clicking the "+" button. Using Microsoft Edge, paste the copied link into the address bar by pressing the Xbox controller's Three Bars button and selecting "Paste and go".

Step 5. The image will now be displayed in Microsoft Edge. Select the "Download" option and choose "Save as" to save the image locally on your Xbox console.

Step 6. Open "My Files Explorer" and locate "UserMgr0" file. Then go to "Picture" > "Saved Picture" to click the image and select "Set as Wallpaper". Now your new background is set.
