You already dump the controlling Apple's iPhone and move on to Motorola Android. However, you often go back to your old iPhone for fear of losing the vital call history. Any ideas about copying all your call history from iPhone to Motorola Android phone for the sake of easy viewing?

Although there are a number of data transferring tools out there, we suggest Phone Transfer given its streamlined interface and robust compatibility across mobile platforms (Android, iOS). This program can access the call logs on your iPhone and migrate them straight to your Motorola smartphone quickly —and without requiring an Internet connection. It can do the same thing with other data like contacts, pictures, text messages, songs, calendar and videos.

Over time, the important data on your smartphone will pile up until over a certain number. It is advisable to back up it on the computer for safe keeping. It turns out Phone Transfer is also good at this stuff, saving your data to computer where you can restore the backups anytime you want.

This section outlines the steps for moving call history from an iPhone to a Motorola Android smartphone using a computer as intermediary. (See also: how to recover contacts on Motorola)

Step 1: Open up the program and connect two devices to the computer

After you run the software on the computer, on the left portion you will see a green mode labeled "Phone to Phone Transfer", click that to be taken to the next screen.

On the next screen, it will prompt you to connect both handsets to the computer with USB cables. Meanwhile, ensure the Motorola phone is on USB debugging mode. For iPhone, you'll have to unlock your iPhone and tap trust on the home screen before moving on.

Step 2: Select call logs you want to copy

The software will detect the devices and show their images on the screen. Click on Flip button if necessary to make sure iPhone is on the left side as sending device so that your call logs will be transferring over to the receiving Motorola phone.

Next, uncheck all of the boxes except "Call Logs" on the middle section.

Step 3: Start the call history migration process

Now that you have selected call logs item, it's time to put them on your new Motorola smartphone. Hit the Start Copy button housed at the lower center to begin the transfer process. This should take a while, be patient.

Once the transfer is finished, your Motorola phone should get a fully copy of the call records from your old iPhone.

Now you will be good to go with your brand new Motorola smartphone.

It's also a good idea to backup your important data on your iPhone to the computer regularly, just in case your device is damaged, lost, or stolen unexpectedly at some point.
